To this day his sets will often encompass many different styles from Soulful to Darkside, Rolling to Jungle Choppage. He is a music lover first and foremost, and his musical taste encompasses music well beyond Jungle Drum & Bass. He has a deep knowledge of and passion for Jungle Drum & Bass, so can hone in on a sound or era when the crowd wants it or when he has an opportunity. He formed the Healing Crew, with Mel De’Vil & JrS, and they became residents at Essence of Chi in the 2000, and remained a regular fixture at EOC events, and Middle Skool events, whilst they were active. He also played at many other legendary events and venues during the 2000s, including the The End, Ministry of Sound, Traffic and Movement. Biography
Dozer was born in the 90's in Berlin where he came into contact with all sorts of music-genres early on. Since a young age his fascination for electronic music grew. After a long travel through different genres he discovered the sound of industrial and 90's analog acid synths and the raw sound of the oldschool hardgroove. Dozer is co-founder of the techno-collective Bassmanufaktur, that has made a name for itself in the underground scene of Berlin since 2021. His fascination for being behind the decks grew and he started his dj-career. Starting with his first appearances on underground events in Berlin. Today he already played on different underground events, open-airs and clubs. After years his sound has strengthened and you'll experience a raw high energy mix from funky tunes to the raw sound of hardgroove. He is showing his appreciation for the early days of techno with his puristic taste for the original sound of Ostgut and co. Dozer won't let you go off the dance floor, keeps the energy high and will take you on his journey into the groovy trance.
