Glitch City emerged on the Drum & Bass scene in 2016 after being announced as the first signing to The Prototypes’ label, Get Hype Records. His debut single Black Hole Skank was supported on, UKF following its exclusive first play on BBC Radio 1 by DJ Friction. Since then, his productions have acclaimed backing from some of the genre’s most respected names, including Sub Focus, Calyx & Teebee, Andy C, Matrix & Futurebound, DJ Hype, and DJ SS. He is also recognised for his earlier productions under the alias Samy Nicks (alongside Rekwest). Following a series of impactful releases on Get Hype Records, Glitch City expanded his catalogue with dancefloor anthems for leading labels such as Technique Recordings, Viper Recordings, RAM Records’ sister label ProgRAM, and Formation Records. More recently, he has collaborated with DJ Rap, whilst running his own imprint, Amusement Audio. Glitch City has performed internationally at clubs and festivals, with notable highlights including a residency at Fabric nightclub in London, the World of Drum & Bass USA Tour, and appearances at Let It Roll. Standout tracks include Funk Flex, Swarm Dem, the uniquely grimy Spider’s Web, and his monstrous r
